Hazel Health is expanding access to pediatric mental health care by partnering with schools to offer virtual therapy. We are seeking a part-time Hazel clinician to provide evidence-based therapy to K–12 students, coordinating with families and school staff, while leveraging a secure telehealth platform.

As a W-2 employee, you’ll receive referrals, credentialing support, and a predictable payroll process. This remote role requires licensure and a commitment to flexible hours, including evenings

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license (Washington) as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Passion for expanding access to high-quality pediatric mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K–12 students.
• Complete comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Partner with families, school staff, and care teams to support student success.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and deliver care aligned with evidence-based best practices.
• Assess and respond to clinical risk while following organizational safety protocols.
