Job summary

Hazel Health is seeking a part-time, virtual therapist to serve K-12 students, delivering evidence-based therapy with the support of a collaborative clinical team. We handle referrals, billing, credentialing, and admin tasks so you can focus on delivering meaningful care.

As a W-2 clinician, you’ll maintain availability for at least 7 sessions per week during peak hours, with compensation that includes paid administrative time and eligible no-shows, while working flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Georgia license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC).
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Passion for expanding access to high-quality pediatric mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K-12 students.
• Complete assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Partner with families, school staff, and care teams.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and ensure safety protocols.
