A leading provider of therapeutic care is seeking a Senior Support Worker to support young people's development in a nurturing environment. This full-time role in Worcester requires a minimum of 12 months in children's residential care and a QCF Level 3 qualification. Responsibilities include leading a team, mentoring young people, and ensuring safety and structure in the care environment. Salary: £33,363.20 plus sleep-ins
