Job summary

Hazel Health is seeking a Pennsylvania-licensed child & adolescent therapist for a flexible, part-time virtual role within school settings. This remote position provides a steady stream of referrals and the support of a clinical team while maintaining W-2 employment.

You will deliver evidence-based virtual therapy to K–12 students, perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with families and school staff. Eligible for continued education and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Passion for expanding access to high-quality pediatric mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K–12 students.
• Complete assessments, establish diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans.
• Partner with families, school staff, and care teams to support student success.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and deliver care aligned with evidence-based best practices.
• Assess and respond to clinical risk while following organizational safety protocols.
