Job summary

Hazel Health is seeking licensed therapists to provide virtual, part-time care for K-12 students. We handle referrals, billing, and credentialing so you can focus on delivering effective pediatric mental health care.

As a Hazel clinician, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with families and school staff. The role is telehealth-based with a flexible schedule and supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Passion for expanding access to pediatric mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K–12 students.
• Complete comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Partner with families, school staff, and care teams to support student success.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and deliver care aligned with evidence-based best practices.
• Assess and respond to clinical risk while following organizational safety protocols.
