Job summary

Hazel Health is seeking part-time, licensed therapists to provide evidence-based virtual mental health care to K‑12 students. The role supports families and schools through a secure telehealth platform, with administrative tasks handled by Hazel.

Clinicians collaborate with a collaborative clinical team, maintain timely documentation, and participate in ongoing professional development while delivering high‑quality pediatric mental health care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Washington license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Passion for expanding access to pediatric mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K–12 students.
• Complete assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Partner with families, school staff, and care teams to support student success.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and align care with best practices.
• Assess and respond to clinical risk per safety protocols.
