Job summary

Hazel Health is seeking a part-time, virtual therapist to provide evidence-based therapy to K–12 students. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and work with families and school teams to support student success. We handle referrals, credentialing, and billing, so you can focus on delivering care.

The role offers flexibility, access to a collaborative clinical team, and the stability of W-2 employment, with compensation for non-session work and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Washington license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) is required.
• Experience delivering therapy to children/adolescents via telehealth is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K–12 students.
• Complete assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Partner with families, school staff, and care teams to support student success.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and ensure care aligns with best practices.
• Assess and respond to clinical risk following safety protocols.
