Job summary

Hazel Health in the United States is seeking a part-time licensed mental health therapist to provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K-12 students through school partnerships.

You will complete assessments, develop treatment plans, collaborate with families and school staff, and maintain compliant documentation. This role offers paid administrative time, a steady stream of referrals, and W-2 employment with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to expanding access to pediatric mental health care.
• Must have CO license and be eligible for W-2 employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K–12 students.
• Complete assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Partner with families, school staff, and care teams to support student success.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and ensure care aligns with best practices.
• Assess and respond to clinical risk following safety protocols.
