Job summary

Hazel Health is seeking a part-time, remote mental health clinician to provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K–12 students. You’ll handle assessments, diagnoses, and individualized treatment plans, working with families and school teams.

The role includes paid administrative time and steady referrals, with flexible scheduling to fit alongside other clinical work. As a Hazel clinician, you’ll be supported by a collaborative team, with billing and credentialing handled, so you can focus on

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K–12 students.
• Complete comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Partner with families, school staff, and care teams to support student success.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and deliver care aligned with evidence-based best practices.
• Assess and respond to clinical risk while following organizational safety protocols.
