Job summary

Hazel Health is recruiting a part-time virtual therapist to deliver evidence-based pediatric mental health care to K–12 students in a school-based telehealth model. You will join a collaborative clinical team and benefit from referrals, payroll via W-2, and administrative support that frees you to focus on meaningful care.

As a clinician, you will assess, diagnose, and treat students, coordinate with families and school staff, and maintain compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Colorado license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Passion for expanding access to pediatric mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K–12 students.
• Complete comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Partner with families, school staff, and care teams to support student success.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and deliver care aligned with evidence-based best practices.
• Assess and respond to clinical risk while following organizational safety protocols.
