Job summary

IQVIA, in partnership with Boston Scientific, seeks a results-driven Virtual/Inside Sales Representative to engage physicians via a 100% virtual platform. The role focuses on education, identifying referral networks, and leading sales discussions that close business.

You will work with a provided call list, schedule virtual sessions, and leverage approved tools to promote Boston Scientific therapies in a comprehensive healthcare solution.

Qualifications

• 4 yr degree from an accredited university required.
• 1–3 years of experience managing accounts, workflows, or initiatives where success depended on organization, follow-through, and independent decision-making.
• Experience analyzing data or trends and translating insights into next steps or recommendations.
• Experience communicating with multiple stakeholder types to move work forward without in-person interaction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned training for the Virtual Sales Representative role and build foundation in product and clinical training.
• Conduct sales activities following Travel & Entertainment guidelines and policies.
• Promote through compliant programs and lunch-and-learns for HCPs.
• Provide timely updates to Project Leader on business activities and industry trends.
• Maintain and update target HCP/Clinician profiles and forecasted needs.
• Classify customer clinical needs and determine therapy fit within healthcare solutions.
• Identify key referral networks for assigned therapy and schedule virtual physician calls.
