Job summary

IQVIA, in partnership with Boston Scientific, seeks a high-performing Inside Sales Representative to join our Virtual/Inside Sales team. You will schedule virtual calls with physicians, promote therapies, and identify key referral networks through a 100% virtual platform.

You will work with a provided call list, maintain CRM data, and drive forecasted outcomes while adhering to compliance guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• 4 yr degree from an accredited university is required.
• 1–3 years of account management or project coordination experience.
• Strong data analysis and ability to translate insights into actions.
• Experience communicating with multiple stakeholders to move work forward without in-person interaction.

Responsibilities

• Complete all required training for the Virtual Sales Representative role.
• Conduct sales activities within guidelines and policies.
• Promote products and manage lunch-and-learns for healthcare professionals.
• Provide timely updates to leadership on market trends and activities.
• Maintain and update HCP/clinician profiles and classify customer needs.
• Identify therapy opportunities and scheduling virtual physician meetings.
