Job summary

IQVIA, in partnership with Boston Scientific, is seeking high-performing inside sales representatives to join our virtual team. The Interventional Oncology & Embolization (IO&E) Virtual Player/Coach will schedule virtual calls with physicians to provide education, identify referral networks, and drive informed sales discussions.

The role is fully remote within the United States. Responsibilities include completing training, conducting sales activities under policy guidelines, maintaining HCP

Qualifications

• 4 yr degree from an accredited University required.
• 1–3 years of experience managing accounts, workflows, or initiatives where success depended on organization, follow-through, and independent decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data or trends (e.g., sales reports, usage patterns, dashboards, forecasts) and translate insights into next steps or recommendations
• Experience communicating with multiple stakeholder types to move work forward without in-person interaction
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
• Experience selling to Oncologists
• Inside Sales experience

Responsibilities

• Schedule virtual calls to meet with physicians and provide education on therapies.
• Identify key referral networks and determine where Boston Scientific therapies can help.
• Maintain and update target HCP/Clinician profiles.
• Provide timely updates to Project Leader on market conditions and opportunities.
• Classify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
