Job summary

IQVIA, in partnership with Boston Scientific, seeks high-performing inside sales representatives for the IO&E Virtual Player/Coach role. You will operate on a 100% virtual platform, using approved tools to educate physicians, identify referral networks, and lead sales discussions to close business.

Responsibilities include training, compliant sales activities, and maintaining HCP profiles. Location is virtual within the US, with potential field work as needed.

Qualifications

• 4 yr degree from an accredited University required.
• 1–3 years of experience managing accounts, workflows, or initiatives where success depended on organization and follow-through.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data or trends (e.g., dashboards, forecasts) and translate insights into actions.
• Experience communicating with multiple stakeholder types to move work forward without in-person interaction.
• Experience selling to oncologists and inside sales exposure.

Responsibilities

• Complete training for the Virtual Sales Representative role and maintain foundational product and clinical knowledge.
• Conduct sales activities following company policies and promote therapies virtually.
• Provide timely updates to the Project Leader on business activities and market conditions.
• Maintain and update target HCP/Clinician profiles and identify referral networks for therapies.
• Schedule virtual calls with physicians and lead discussions to educate and discuss solutions.
• Identify where Boston Scientific therapies add value to patient care and drive opportunities.
