Qualifications

• 4 yr degree from an accredited university is required.
• 1–3 years of experience managing accounts or workflows with independent decision-making.
• Ability to analyze data or trends and translate insights into actions.
• Experience communicating with multiple stakeholder types to move work forward without in-person touch.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Comfort with structured discovery conversations on pricing, volume, or efficiency.
• Accountability for forecasted outcomes and follow-up.
• Healthcare/medical devices experience is a plus.
• Inside sales experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete training for Virtual Sales Representative role and build product/clinical knowledge.
• Conduct sales activities following policies and guidelines.
• Promote the program and conductLunch & Learn sessions for HCPs.
• Provide updates to Project Leader on business conditions and trends.
• Maintain and update target HCP/Clinician profiles.
• Identify therapy referral networks and educate on solutions.
• Schedule virtual calls with physicians to discuss Boston Scientific therapies.
