Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to identify and develop business relationships within the Tyler, TX area. You will manage daily territory activities, target potential clients, and execute strategies to grow revenue for the branch.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and 3–5 years of outside sales in industrial/heavy equipment markets, with strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of outside sales in industrial/heavy equipment is preferred.
• Strong communication and drive to exceed quotas.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily territory activities and revenue growth through client visits.
• Develop a list of potential clients and contact them via phone and email.
• Plan and implement sales strategies to hit targets.
• Maintain and exceed rental and sale quotas in the territory.
• Identify customer needs and respond to market conditions and pricing.
• Support team members and cross-collaborate with branches.
