Job summary

Herc Rentals seeks a driven Territory Sales Representative to identify and nurture business relationships within an assigned territory. You will drive revenue for the branch by visiting customer job sites and offices, and by building a robust network of contacts.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of outside sales experience in industrial markets or heavy equipment. Expect a base plus uncapped commission with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years outside sales experience in industrial market or heavy equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily territory management and revenue growth through visits to customer sites and offices.
• Develop a networking list of potential clients and contact them via phone and internet.
• Develop, plan and organize sales strategies to achieve goals.
• Maintain and exceed quotas by renting and selling equipment consistently.
• Identify customer needs and respond considering market conditions and pricing.
• Penetrate strategic level accounts to diversify the customer base.
• Support all team members.
