Job summary

Herc Rentals in Texas is seeking a driven Territory Sales Representative to grow revenue within dedicated accounts and on-site job sites. You will build relationships, identify opportunities, and craft plans to meet branch goals.

Maintain strong product knowledge, penetrate diverse accounts, and collaborate with the team to exceed quotas. This role offers base pay plus uncapped commission and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Promotions, Advertising Sales or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years outside sales experience in industrial market or heavy equipment preferred.
• Ability to drive and operate vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Daily territory management and revenue growth through visits to customer job sites/offices.
• Develop a networking list of potential clients and contact them via telephone and internet.
• Develop, plan and organize sales strategies to achieve goals.
• Maintain and exceed quotas by renting and selling equipment.
• Identify customer needs and respond considering market conditions and competitors.
• Penetrate customers at strategic level to diversify client base.
• Support all team members.
