Herc Rentals is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to identify, develop, and nurture business relationships within the designated territory. The role aims to generate and maximize revenue for the branch and the company, offering opportunities for motivated self-starters.

The position requires a track record in outside sales within industrial markets, with the ability to manage client visits, develop strategies, and meet quotas while collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Promotions, Advertising Sales or Business Administration preferred
• 3 to 5 years outside sales experience within the industrial market and/or heavy equipment industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage daily territory and grow revenue through site visits
• Develop networking list and contact prospects by phone and internet
• Plan and organize sales strategies to hit goals
• Maintain and exceed quotas by renting and selling equipment
• Identify customer needs and respond to market conditions
• Penetrate strategic accounts across industrial and traditional segments
