Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to build a new client base across your assigned territory. You will conduct in-person meetings with business owners and benefits managers to introduce comprehensive supplemental insurance products and services.

You will receive thorough training, meet with the sales team regularly, and manage your own client portfolio while working toward monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or 4 years of post-high school work experience (sales or athletic background acceptable)
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (training and fees reimbursed)
• Pass a pre-employment background check

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business through face-to-face sales calls to businesses
• Meet with owners and decision-makers to present insurance products
• Schedule meetings and follow up on referrals to grow your client portfolio
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads and track activity and results
• Work with the sales team to set monthly and quarterly targets
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the sales manager
• Record daily sales activity and progress
