Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level outside sales associate to build a new book of business through in-person visits to small and mid-size businesses. You will focus on new client acquisition and retention, working with a driven team of supplemental insurance producers.

You will receive comprehensive training to connect with business owners and decision-makers, present industry-leading insurance products, and grow your client portfolio across your territory.

Qualifications

• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain; fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (within 6 months of degree or with relevant sales/athletic background accepted).

Responsibilities

• Outside direct sales in your own territory to develop a book of business.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to assess insurance needs.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients and respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, and re-service existing clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedules and submit them to the sales manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
