Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level outside sales representative to establish a new territory by meeting with local business owners and decision-makers. You will drive new client acquisition and retention with training support from an energetic team of supplemental insurance producers.

You will use Salesforce CRM to generate leads, set meetings, and grow your client portfolio, while pursuing monthly targets and quarterly incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation required
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Outside direct sales to own territory and new business development
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers
• Schedule meetings and respond to client inquiries
• Visit new businesses, build relationships, and re-service existing clients
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates
