Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check is required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• License in Health & Life Insurance Producer or willingness to obtain (reimbursement of fees).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your network within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit businesses, build relationships with owners, and re-service clients.
• Develop and nurture your client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with manager.
• Plan and submit weekly schedule to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
