Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to develop a new book of business within a dedicated territory. You will meet with business owners to introduce industry-leading supplemental insurance products and services, aiming for new client acquisition and retention.

You will receive comprehensive training, work with a collaborative team, and have the opportunity to establish your own client portfolio while pursuing monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Post-high school degree or equivalent required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Utilize our Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build client base within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Personally visit new businesses, develop relationships with local owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
