Alleviation Enterprise is hiring an entry-level outside sales representative to develop a new territory. You will train to connect with small and mid-sized businesses, meeting owners and benefits managers to present supplemental insurance products.

You will work with a team of producers, manage a growing client portfolio, and contribute toward monthly and quarterly targets while maintaining active licenses and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willing to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (or near graduation).

Responsabilités

• Outside direct sales in your own territory to acquire new clients.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present products.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners.
• Record daily sales activities and progress toward targets.
