Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) in a defined territory. You will close sales, win new business, and participate in an award-winning training program with opportunities to work with both new and existing clients to offer HR solutions and benefits.

You will cultivate relationships with HR and executive decision-makers and manage multiple deals across stages. As you close deals, you will be rewarded with competitive compensation, benefits, and incentive

Qualifications

Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) within a results-driven environment.
Military experience - Veterans welcomed and valued.
Ability to build a network and leverage social channels for sales.

Responsibilities

Grow Our Business Within a defined, protected territory to close sales and hit goals by implementing a top-down sales strategy.
Close sales by recommending the right HR solutions to clients and generate referral business through networking with decision-makers.
Cross-sell with other ADP associates to expand business within existing accounts.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners while upholding high ethical standards.
