Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) to close sales in a defined territory and drive new business. You will participate in training and join a team selling HR solutions to improve employees' benefits across the hire-to-retire spectrum.

You will manage multiple sales processes, nurture relationships with HR and executives, document progress, and advance deals to implementation, with strong compensation and rewards as you succeed.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) within a results-driven environment.
• Military experience is valued and recognized for its discipline and problem-solving skills.
• Field-based role requiring reliable transportation to meet clients in your territory.
• College degree is great but not required.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
• Attend our training program and sell HR solutions to new and existing clients.
• Cultivate relationships with HR and executive decision-makers; set appointments and assess needs.
• Cross-sell with ADP associates to grow existing accounts and share best practices.
