Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO). You will close sales and win new business within a defined territory, participating in our training program and selling HR solutions with a focus on benefits offerings across hire-to-retire.

You will engage HR and executive decision-makers, set appointments, and present ADP solutions to meet client needs. The role offers industry-leading compensation, benefits, and opportunities for advancement, with ongoing sales training

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) within a results-driven environment.
• Military experience -- skills including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a "never lose" mentality.
• College degree is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
• Attend training and sell human resources solutions to both new and existing clients.
• Cultivate relationships with HR and executive decision-makers to present ADP solutions.
• Document sales processes through implementation and pursue advancement within the company.
