Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO). In this role, you will close sales within a defined territory and participate in our award-winning training program while selling HR solutions to both new and existing clients.

You will cultivate relationships with HR leaders and executives, manage multiple deals at different stages, and pursue advancement in a fast-paced, inclusive environment with strong compensation, benefits, and recognition.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (field sales preferred).
• Ability to build relationships with HR leaders and executives.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Grow Our Business Within a defined, protected territory to close sales and reach goals.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients by presenting the right solutions to business needs.
• Cross-sell within existing accounts and expand referrals through partnerships with decision-makers.
