ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO). You will close sales and win new business within a defined territory, attend our award-winning training program, and join a sales team that supports new and existing clients with HR solutions across the hire-to-retire spectrum.

You will cultivate relationships with HR and executive decision-makers, set appointments, gather leads, and present the best ADP solutions.

Qualifications

• Three years of B2B sales experience (field sales preferred).
• Ability to manage territory and meet quotas.
• College degree not required; relevant experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Grow our business within a defined, protected territory to close sales and reach goals.
• Close sales by recommending the right HR outsourcing solutions to clients.
• Deepen relationships across the ADP family by cross-selling to existing accounts.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners.
