Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) in a defined territory. You will close sales, win new business, and participate in a training program while engaging with HR and executive buyers to present ADP solutions.

You will manage multiple sales processes, work with internal partners, and guide deals through implementation, with rewards from strong compensation, benefits, and recognition as you advance.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) within a results-driven environment.
• Military experience -- teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never-lose mentality help build team and client relationships.
