ADP, Inc. is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO).

You will close sales and win new business within a defined territory, participate in our award-winning training program, and join a sales team that sells HR solutions to improve employees' lives with high-quality benefits offerings across the hire-to-retire spectrum. You will cultivate relationships with HR and executive decision-makers, set appointments, gather leads, and assess buyer needs to present ADP solutions.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) within a results-driven environment.
• Military experience is valued and considered an asset.
• Ability to cold call and manage a defined territory while meeting quotas.
