BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 for a limited-term assignment through June 2028. You will resolve complex issues across ES 1.1x upgrades, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and provide CSC support to internal peers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience in Computer Science/related field.
• Proficient knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL Server tools and SSIS.
• Familiarity with Windows Server administration and network basics.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsabilités

• Respond to inbound calls, callbacks, and escalations on the 1.1x Channel.
• Communicate via phone and email ensuring clear and timely updates.
• Document case notes with concise, accurate information for stakeholders.
• Identify trends and resolve recurring technical incidents.
• Maintain data quality in Salesforce and related systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams to remediate ES 1.1x issues.
