You will handle customer escalations, multi-system troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment from a remote work setup. The role requires a Bachelor’s in CS or Electronics or 3+ years equivalent, SQL/Windows expertise, and strong communication.

Formación

• The candidate should have SQL experience and the ability to write queries and analyze data.
• Experience with BD products and hospital IT environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide CSC support for ES 1.1x upgrade and remediation efforts.
• Respond to inbound calls and escalations with timely, high-quality service.
• Document case notes in Salesforce with accuracy.
• Collaborate with ES 1.1x upgrade team and cross-functional partners.
• Maintain knowledge of ES 1.1x and BD products.
