Zusammenfassung

BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 on a limited-term assignment anticipated through June 2028. The role focuses on resolving complex, time-sensitive issues, customer escalations, and remote troubleshooting related to ES 1.1x upgrades.

You will work with an ES upgrade team to ensure timely communications and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in SQL-enabled support, strong customer service skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
2+ years of Microsoft SQL experience; writing queries and analyzing data.
Experience with SQL Server, SSIS, and SQL Reporting Services.
Knowledge of Windows Server and IT networking concepts.
Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.

Aufgaben

Answer inbound calls, callbacks, and escalations on the 1.1x Channel.
Document case notes and update customers on progress.
Maintain high data quality in Salesforce and other systems.
Identify trends and contribute to knowledge expansion on ES 1.1x.
Manage multiple cases with strong time management.
Collaborate with cross-functional upgrade teams.
