Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electronics or 3+ years experience.
• 2+ years Microsoft SQL experience including writing queries and analyzing data.
• Experience with Windows Server and hospital IT environments.
• Knowledge of networking terms, DNS/DHCP, and XML.

Responsibilities

• Provide CSC support for ES 1.1x upgrades and remediation.
• Handle inbound calls, callbacks, and escalations on the 1.1x channel.
• Maintain data quality and documentation in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with ES upgrade team and communicate effectively with cross-functional groups.
