Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronic Technologies or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft SQL experience and ability to write queries.
• Experience with SSIS, SQL Reporting Services, and Windows Server administration.
• Networking knowledge: DNS/DHCP, LAN/WAN, IIS, Active Directory, and VMware.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, callbacks, and escalations on the 1.1x channel.
• Communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical readers with clarity.
• Maintain data quality and documentation in Salesforce and case notes.
• Collaborate with ES 1.1x upgrade team and adhere to remediation processes.
