Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronic Technologies or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Microsoft SQL experience (2+ years) with query writing.
• Exposure to SSIS and SQL Reporting Services.
• Experience with Windows Server and IT administration.
• Networking basics including DNS/DHCP, AD, and VMware.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls, callbacks, and escalations on the 1.1x channel.
• Document case notes clearly in Salesforce.
• Identify trends and maintain high data quality.
• Collaborate with ES 1.1x upgrade team for timely communication.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for remediation efforts.
