Job summary

BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 for a limited-term assignment through June 2028. The role focuses on resolving complex technical issues for ES 1.1x upgrades, handling customer escalations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong SQL, Windows, and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electronic Technologies or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL (2+ years) and ability to write queries and analyze data.
• Knowledge of Windows Server administration and hospital IT environments.
• Experience with data reporting and SQL-related tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, callbacks, and escalations on the 1.1x channel.
• Maintain data quality and accurate case notes in Salesforce.
• Provide timely updates to customers and seek feedback.
• Identify trends in case work and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with ES 1.1x upgrade team to support remediation efforts.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and document solutions clearly.
