BairesDev is seeking a Technical Director to join our Solutioning team. You will bridge client needs and our solutions, shaping tailored technical approaches and leading cross-functional delivery efforts in pursuit of new business.

This role blends presales, delivery knowledge, and consulting, requiring deep technical depth and strong communication. Expect travel within the US to support client meetings and enterprise engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building software in the SDLC with teams.
• 5+ years in solutioning/sales/presales or Solution Architect roles.
• Experience leading software delivery teams (Cloud / Data / DevOps / Testing).

Responsibilities

• Meet with leads and prospects, translating needs into technical proposals.
• Travel with the sales team to support engagements and events.
• Lead technical conversations around software delivery at the solution level.
• Collaborate with presales to generate decks, proposals, and project scopes.
• Provide consulting on best practices in software delivery, data, cloud, or AI.
