BairesDev, a global technology services company, is seeking a Technical Director to join our Solutioning team. You will bridge client needs and BairesDev's solutions, engaging with leads, designing tailored technical solutions, and collaborating with sales and delivery to win new business.

The role blends presales, delivery knowledge and consulting, defining scope, assembling cross-functional teams, and responding to RFPs/RFIs while ensuring viable, competitive outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years building software in the SDLC.
5+ years in solutioning/sales/presales.
Experience leading teams delivering Cloud/Data/DevOps solutions.
Willingness to travel +40% within the US.
Located in the US.

Responsibilities

Meet with leads and prospects with the sales team to translate requirements into proposals.
Travel to client sites and events to demonstrate technical value and partnerships.
Lead technical conversations on software delivery at the solution level.
Collaborate with presales to generate decks and proposals for leads and RFQs.
Provide consulting on best practices in software delivery (Data, Cloud, AI).
