Job summary
BairesDev is seeking a Technical Director to join our Solutioning team. You will bridge client needs with our solutions, shaping proposals and leading cross-functional delivery efforts. Qualifications
- 8+ years building software in the SDLC across teams.
- 5+ years in solutioning/sales/presales or Solution Architect roles; Manager/Director level desirable.
- 5+ years in one focused area of the SDLC (language, framework, or tech).
- Experience leading teams of software developers or engineers.
- Subject matter expert in 1–2 verticals with deep domain experience (desirable).
- Experience with Cloud/DevOps/Infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Meet with leads and prospects with the sales team to translate requirements into concrete deliverables.
- Travel to client meetings and events to demonstrate technical capabilities and partner value.
- Engage in technical conversations about software delivery at the solution level.
- Collaborate with presales to generate decks, proposals, and delivery estimates.
- Provide consulting on best practices in software delivery and architecture.
