Oxford Global Resources is seeking ambitious recent graduates to start in the Oxford Sales Academy (OSA), a rigorous 8-week training program for aspiring Business Development Associates in the US. You will gain hands-on experience in prospecting, client conversations, and closing, with exposure to Salesforce and other tools.

After the Academy, you advance to a full-time Business Development Representative role based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Coachability and ability to apply feedback quickly.
• Resilience and persistence in a sales environment.

Responsabilités

• Partner with a senior Account Manager to identify target accounts.
• Turn prospecting outreach into real meetings with uncapped commissions.
• Apply proven sales techniques in live client conversations.
• Grow along a defined career path from Associate to Representative to Account Manager.
