This role involves converting dental leads into high-value contracts and providing strategic advisory services for transitions in a dynamic market. Preferred candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, excellent financial literacy, and a Bachelor's Degree. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Advisor to join our team! Our client isa leading healthcare sales-side advisor and professional services firm. They specialize in helping healthcare practice owners successfully navigate transitions and exits, ultimately helping healthcare professionals realize the value of their lifes work.
By bridging the gap between sellers and buyers, such as Dental Support Organizations (DSOs) and private individuals, they manage the entire process from due diligence and financial gathering to the final sale.
Additional Compensation:
We believe in paying 125% or higher of the market rate. By being successful in this role you will be the best in class with a combination of salary and performance-based compensation tied to key initiatives.
Sales Revenue Generation:
You drive the conversion of leads into contracts with an average value of $4M–$6M USD.
Maintains Deal Momentum:
You provide the constant negotiation and local market knowledge required to hit a target of 15–20 signed contracts annually.
