Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Virtual Sales Specialist to deliver patient-focused, virtual sales presentations and strategic interactions with office staff and healthcare professionals. You will manage territory coverage, plan activities, and ensure compliance across reporting requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ year of B2B/pharma sales experience, with strong relationship-building and account management skills. Remote, with potential for commissions/bonus where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (minimum)
• 1+ years of B2B and/or pharmaceutical sales experience
• Strong account management and collaboration skills
• Technical/computer proficiency
• Self-motivated with strong performance orientation
• Expert selling skills including customer engagement and relationship-building via e-promotion
• Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines

Responsibilities

• Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations.
• Clearly articulate clinical information to office staff using educational resources and support materials virtually.
• Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff.
• Focus on total office support staff to drive product value by ensuring the office staff has the appropriate tools.
