Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Virtual Sales Specialist to deliver effective, education-focused sales presentations to healthcare professionals and office staff in a virtual environment. You will plan territory coverage, manage client interactions, and ensure compliant reporting while supporting the client marketing plan.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of B2B or pharmaceutical sales experience, with strong account management, technical proficiency, and self-motivation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ years B2B and/or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Strong account management and collaboration skills.
• Technical/computer proficiency.
• Self-motivated with strong performance orientation.
• Expert selling skills including customer engagement and relationship-building via e-promotion.
• Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations.
• Clearly articulate clinical information to office staff using educational resources and support materials virtually.
• Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff.
• Focus on total office support staff to drive product value by ensuring the office staff has the appropriate tools.
