Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Virtual Sales Specialist to deliver proficient sales presentations to current and prospective customers, executing client-directed outbound calls and virtual interactions with assigned targets to promote products within a defined territory.

You will articulate clinical information to office staff, build trust in a virtual setting with healthcare professionals, and support offices by ensuring they have the right tools while complying with reporting and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is the minimum requirement.
• 1+ years of B2B and/or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Strong account management and collaboration skills.
• Technical/computer proficiency.
• Self-motivated with strong performance orientation.
• Expert selling skills including customer engagement and relationship-building via e-promotion.
• Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations.
• Clearly articulate clinical information to office staff using educational resources and support materials virtually.
• Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff.
• Focus on total office support staff to drive product value by ensuring the office staff has the appropriate tools.
