Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Virtual Sales Specialist to drive ongoing engagement with healthcare professionals in a defined territory. You will deliver outbound calls and virtual interactions, present clinical information, and ensure office staff have the tools to engage with products.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, has 1+ year B2B/pharma sales experience, and demonstrates strong account management, planning, and regulatory compliance awareness in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of B2B and/or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Strong account management and collaboration skills.
• Technical proficiency with computers.
• Self-motivated with strong performance orientation.
• Expert selling skills including customer engagement and relationship-building via e-promotion.
• Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations.
• Clearly articulate clinical information to office staff using educational resources and support materials virtually.
• Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff.
• Focus on total office support staff to drive product value by ensuring the office staff has the appropriate tools.
