Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Virtual Sales Specialist to deliver proficient sales presentations to physicians and office staff within a defined territory. You will plan and execute outbound calls and virtual engagements to ensure regular coverage in the territory, while administering territory information and reporting in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ years of B2B and/or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Strong account management and collaboration skills.
• Technical/computer proficiency.
• Self-motivated with strong performance orientation.
• Expert selling skills including customer engagement and relationship-building via e-promotion.
• Effective prioritization and planning with compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions to deliver effective sales presentations.
• Clearly articulate clinical information to office staff using educational resources and support materials virtually.
• Foster trust and credibility through professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff.
• Focus on total office staff to drive product value by ensuring office staff have the appropriate tools.
