Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a high-performing travel industry sales professional to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close in a remote US role. You will build a robust pipeline, develop trusted partnerships with travel businesses, and expand opportunities across new sub-verticals.

You will collaborate across Legal, Finance, and Strategy to structure successful partnerships and enhance customer outcomes with our global payments platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside and/or field sales experience closing net-new business in a high-growth company.
• Customer-focused, consultative sales approach.
• Experience leading the full sales cycle in complex buying environments.
• Proven ability to build and manage a robust pipeline through outreach, events, and networks.
• Strong pitching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience collaborating with Legal, Finance, and Strategy.
• Proven travel industry relationships with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for travel businesses from prospecting through close in complex buying environments.
• Build a robust pipeline through targeted outreach, industry events, strategic networking, and relationships across travel verticals.
• Develop trusted relationships with travel businesses and expand opportunities across new travel sub‑verticals.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Strategy, and other internal teams to structure successful partnerships.
• Improve customer outcomes by helping travel businesses use Airwallex's platform for cross‑border payments, currency exposure, reconciliation, and fragmented payment flows.
